Insanity/ Workout | Day 1: LA Fitness Body Works Plus Abs

So today marks the day of a change in my life. where I start to lose all the accumulated fat of these past three years. I am seriously going to workout today and do my best. goodbye fat stephie and hello thin Stephie~~ I really was skinny and hot back then.  Right? No? Haha^^ well not only am I working to be thin again but I'm doing it for me. For myself because I'm tired of seeing myself this way and having the feeling of not being comfortable in anything I  wear. Also for my poor liver that has been slowly getting damaged.: ( So I hope you guys don't think you can't do it!  You can do it too. I was going to start my first day of insanity today but you don't need a fancy workout system to lose weight. ^^ anything can help. You can dance randomly for like an hour, or search online on YouTube for workouts that you can do. Just remember to not push yourself too much in the beginning. Take your time, take a few breaks and keep going. Some advise I can also give you is that when you take a break DO NOT SIT! just walk at a normal pace around the house and breathe normally until you feel calm and ready to continue your workout. Sitting down immediately after an intense workout can cause you to feel very nauseous and it is better to keep moving and control your breathing. Hoped that was understandable. So... back to why I didn't do Insanity today.. Today at work my coworker told me of a three day Guest pass for classes at LA Fitness Gym. So today I went to the class... Also to tell you a bit on what I ate today, for breakfast I usually don't eat or have the same thing at work. I go into work at 7 AM meaning I wake up at 6:30 AM to get ready and head out. Once I get to my job and settle down at my desk I get my two paper cups ready to be filled up with my breakfast. I have Korean Coffee in one and brown sugar oatmeal in the other. That is what I had for breakfast today. Once I finished work I headed to School and was super hungry. Usually, I prepare lunch but since I was busy yesterday night preparing myself for my speech today I was unable to. Instead I bought myself a Deli Club Sandwich and a pack of Celery& Carrots for Lunch with water, of course ^^ ~ Before I left to the gym I had a banana with water and after my workout at the gym when I returned home ready to eat. I ate celery and two slices of ham... I am starving and have a headache so since its too late to eat now tomorrow for sure I won't eat so little. The workout was intense and my legs are killing me but it felt great to sweat like that. Fighting!
