I didn't workout because I was really sore and to think about it I never officially posted "rest days" lol So I didn't work out but instead I kept searching healthy recipes I can add to my daily meals. While doing that, I decided to make the Banana Chia seed pancakes the next day for breakfast.
I have noticed lately I send my time looking at workout videos and stuff I can do to tone my body. For dinner I had a small amount of rice and beans with my steak and onions. I can't remember what was for lunch and I had skipped breakfast.
I also looked at more body types I would like to achieve and Lee Hyori is the one. I think her body is in good shape. She is now on my motivation list.
